CNTRL + N doesn't open new window

Whenever I try to open a new window in IE6, the existing
window closes and the new window "replaces" the existing
window. How do I prevent this from happening and to show
multiple IE6 windows open on the task bar?

Internet Options> Advanced. Uncheck box next to "Reuse windows..."
