For some reason, when I hit ctrl-alt-del to bring up the
processes menu, it appears for a brief second, and then
goes away. I can't do anything with it, and it makes it
impossible to do some maintenance on my computer. This
also happens when I try to run msconfig.exe. What's going
on?
