Hi All,

Seem to have this CnsMin Trojan on my Xp Home. Tried all sorts of spy
removers but it just keeps coming back. Does anyone know how to get rid of
this one?

Thanks in advance,
Alice

Thank you. After about 2 hours, it's gone.

Thanks again for your time,
Alice

I think they've redesigned this to make it extra nasty - I could not
rename the files nor could Adaware SE with the latest definitions
delete it on my Windows 2000 system.

I ended up booting from a Windows 2000 CD and going into the recovery
console and deleting the cnsmin.dll file out of the c:\winnt\downlo~1
directory from there. After that, I rebooted and manually deleted many
of the other cnsmin files there, and ran Adaware and Hijack This which
were then able to remove the registry entries.
Those scumbags....
