cmd to list a RAS user ?

Anyone know of a command (similar to NET USER) that will
identify if the 'Grant dial-in permission to user' flag is
checked. USERMANAGER will list this for me, but I cant
find a commandline cmd to list it.

Rasusers.exe from the Resource Kit comes to mind.

You can also use DumpSec (www.somarsoft.com) to get this attribute.
