SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP....
I HAVE WINDOWS XP I FOLLOWED THE ITEM BELOW 2 TIMES AND
DOUBLED CHECKED THAT AND THIS IS WHAT MY SYSTEM SAID:
PARAMETER FORMAT NOT CORRECT - "bc:\surf.dat"
AND THE SAME FOR - "bc:\kk32.dll"

ran this cmd to only get above parameter B.S.:

Check for Infection

To determine if the malicious code is on your computer,
search for the following files:

kk32.dll
surf.dat
Steps for users of Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows
XP, and Windows Server 2003:

On the taskbar at the bottom of your screen, click Start,
and then click Run.
In the Run box, type: cmd and then click OK.
At the command prompt, type:
dir /a /s /b %systemdrive%\kk32.dll
and then press the ENTER key to search your computer.
If the file is present, the file path is displayed. If
the file is not present, a message is displayed that the
system cannot find the path.
At the command prompt, type:
dir /a /s /b %systemdrive%\surf.dat
and then press the ENTER key to search your computer.
If the file is present, the file path is displayed. If
the file is not present, a message is displayed that the
system cannot find the path

I don't really know what to do about your other problems.
Why don't you post a new thread explaining the problems with the accounts,
email, what OS you're using in both this NG and the Microsoft.security.virus
discussion NG
