CMD.exe in Russian Image

Hi All:
I have a working with Russia language and everything looks
fine except for CMD.exe.
There is unknown text shown and I'm unable to fix it. I have tried
this on desktop pc and it works normal. Please give me a hint to solve
this problem, thanks.

Any idea is appreciated.

set default locale to English
