Cluster virtual servers not visible in Network Places Browser

We've got a couple of server clusters running Windows 2000
Advanced Server. The clusters are on the company network,
on the same domain, but are on different subnets.

The problem I'm having is that if I go to:

Network Places --> Entire Network --> Microsoft Windows
Network --> <<Our Domain>>

I can only see the cluster virtual servers in the browser
if I'm using an admin station on the same subnet as one of
the clusters. If I'm not on the same subnet, I can't see
the virtual servers at all. However, I can search for
them, and find and use them without a problem.

I've tried using

net config server /hidden no

but that didn't do anything.

Does anyone know how to make the virtual servers visible
in the entire domain all the time?

Thanks!

Hi Matt,
It appears you are trying to get the virtual server names to show up in the
network places of your clients but it is not showing up there.

The following article should help you accomplish this:

226796 Using WINS and DHCP with the Windows 2000 Cluster Service

Essentially the Network Places list of machines is populated by the NetBIOS
service and in a domain environment this is usually accomplished though
WINS.
