I try the cluster Diagnostics from Microsoft and i found
these errors. Should I be concern about it? Is there a way
to fix it?

Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

From the error messages that you posted, it looks like there is nothing
wrong with the way that you cluster is configured, but more of a problem
with your Active Directory on your domain. The problem is that this could
be a huge number of things. It could be a Kerberos issue with all DCs in
your domain, or Group Policy issue. You most likely will want to call our
Product Support Services group in order to get a diagnosis and resolution
to your issue.
