I am (was)running 2-node cluster on win2K. The situation is as follows:
NodeA
Cluster services start, share drives can be access (prefered node), cluster registry loaded
NodeB
Cluster services start, I can see the share drives, cluster registry loaded
But when I run Cluster administration and try to connect, it fails. I also noticed that I cannot ping the virtual cluster name or virtual IP. I wanted to replaced the CLUSDB (mey be is corrupted) with a backup copy so I stop the cluster services in both nodes but still wont let me delete/replece it. What else is holding this file?

Sounds like your cluster IP/Name resources are offline. Just connect using
LPC on one of your cluster nodes. Enter a period (.) into the "connect to
cluster" dialog box.
