Closing Trojan Horse Ports

I have several open ports on Win2k Pro. I do not know how
to close them. My trojan horse detection program said
they are potential executors.

Ports are:
80 (I do not have IIS installed)
135
139
445
1025
1036
1037
1047
1049
1153
1155
1159
1173
8000 (to my print server)
8443

Can someone help me close them?
