Hi,
I would troubleshoot this by disabling BHOs, toolbars, other add-ons and
third-party programs which interact with Internet Explorer.

[XP SP2] From IE> Tools> Manage add-ons, disable one or two add-ons at a
time to see if the troublesome add-on becomes obvious.

[Non SP2] Internet Options> Advanced> uncheck "Enable third-party browser
extensions." If this helps, you still need to find the troublesome program,
BHO or add-on and disable or uninstall it.

Toolbar Cop from http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/Toolkit.htm can help identify
and remove add-ons, BHOs, etc.

When you click the "To see what data this error report contains" link, the
DLLs involved may point to a specific program.

Or, this might be a malware problem.
