When I close my IE browser window, what cache information is cleared? I'm
having a problem where a page is stored with old information and no matter
what I do, it keeps on showing up even though new information is available.
I can only solve this problem by closing the browser window but after
accessing this page one, it will not show new information.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jig.

The cache stores a copy of every file IE downloads to display a page. Those
are erased when cache is cleared. One should always check the box to clear
all offline content when doing this from the IE options or the Control
Panel.

In IE go to Tools || Internet Options and click Settings in the Temporary
Internet section. Select the Every visit to the page setting.
