How could I have my last file "Click here to close and
return to Agenda"?
I know my word document is minimized on the tool bar, but
I would like for it to open full size when the ppt show
closes.
Is there an easy way to do that?

Thank you in advance for all your help,
Kathy

Hi Kathy,

How are you opening the presentation? If you open it with
a link from within your Word Doc, the presentation should
run without minimizing your Word document and return to it
when you end the presentation.

HTH,
Glenna

Hi Glenna,
Yes it's a link out of my word document, but on the last
slide where you click it to end the show it will take you
back to ppt, then when you close ppt, the word document is
minimized. I understand that and the people in the office
understand that, but I don't have any faith is the people
that will be running this at the conference...
I'm looking for dumb proof....
Thanks,
Kathy

I see what you mean, the word doc minimizes from the moment that you start
the PPT link. I couldn't figure a way around it.

Sorry,
Glenna

[CRITICAL UPDATE - Anyone using Office 2003 should install the critical
update as soon as possible. From PowerPoint, choose "Help -> Check for

Hello,

PowerPoint (Word?) doesn't appear to provide the functionality that you are
looking for.

If you (or anyone else reading this message) think that it's important that
PowerPoint provide this kind of functionality, don't forget to send your
feedback (in YOUR OWN WORDS, please) to Microsoft at:

http://register.microsoft.com/mswish/suggestion.asp

It's VERY important that, for EACH wish, you describe in detail, WHY it is
important TO YOU that your product suggestion be implemented. A good wish
submssion includes WHAT scenario, work-flow, or end-result is blocked by
not having a specific feature, HOW MUCH time and effort ($$$) is spent
working around a specific limitation of the current product, etc. Remember
that Microsoft receives THOUSANDS of product suggestions every day and we
read each one but, in any given product development cycle, there are ONLY
sufficient resources to address the ones that are MOST IMPORTANT to our
customers so take the extra time to state your case as CLEARLY and
COMPLETELY as possible so that we can FEEL YOUR PAIN.

IMPORTANT: Each submission should be a single suggestion (not a list of
suggestions).
