Close Outlook with script

Prior to running my backup program (Acronis True Image Home 2010), I would like
to shutdown Outlook. This program can run a user-specified script prior to
executing the backup.

Does anyone have one available that will shutdown Outlook, and handle any of
the messages that Outlook occasionally gives prior to shutdowns?

Thanks.

The better is to not backup your PST file with Acronis, but use
BackupMyFolder! to backup the PST file even if Outlook is running, and
then backup the file created by BackupMyFolder! that will not be
locked by Outlook.
Otherwise, you can can kill Outlook, but you will have popup when at
next start, and sometimes it will check his PST files and in that
case, it can be very slow.
