cloning disk

Is it possible to clone an image (after resealing) from a 40Gb disk to a 120
Gb disk without let 80 Gb free?
If yes, what kind of program have I to use?
 
You might want to look at PowerQuest Tools - Drive Image or Norton's Ghost.
