Cloning disk image within same hard drive??

I have a latop with only one hard drive
I want to save the current C drive to an image.

Is there any free software that can clone within the same harddrive?
(target and destination are the same hard drive, but driver letters
are different. For example copy F drive to C drive)

Yes, the free True Image 7 can do that.
Its on the Acronis web site.

Drive Snapshot, and maybe even C: on itself if it has enough free
space...
