Clock trouble

The clock is always off in windows. I opened up the
date/time settings where you can see the clock actually
tick, and every now and then the second hand pauses. Only
for a slight second, but it happens often causing the
time to always get off from where it should be. Any
ideas? Thanks
 
I can't explain your problem. But the clock should always be there on your
taskbar (far right - you see the time, and if you move your mouse pointer
over it, the date will show also). To keep your clock in time, there are
some free atomic clock synchronizer programs on the internet for free that
will keep your computer on the right time each time you are online.

Check your time in BIOS, it might fix it.

I had one of these for a long time (paid for shareware), but the latest versions
of Windows can synchronize the clock without a third party product.
