Hey, I seem to have an odd/unsual problem. My brand new
computer does not seem to be able to keep time. I have
set it over and over again but with no luck. after a few
minutes, it's inaccurate (slower than the proper time)
and if i turn off my computer totally, the computer stops
the clock so that when i turn it back on, the clock is
the same time it was when i turned it off. This means
the date is also wrong and i cannot find any settings to
change that would fix it. any ideas???????

I had this same problem with one of my old mainboards!
This might have something to do with the battery on the
mainboard, although it shouldn't be out in a brand-new
computer unless the batt. is faulty. Try opening up your
PC and replacing the small battery on there. The other
thing you might try is just checking the settings
in the hardware manager for the BIOS clock (I think
that's what it's called). Good luck, I hope this solves
your problem!!!
