"Clipit" the helpful pc assistant

how do i find the path to reactivate "Clipit"? it is the name given to the lil animated character which guides one through new areas of the pc. i don't know where to look to bring him "out". thanks.

Not sure what you mean - 'Clippy' is an 'Office Assistant' and has never
been part of Windows, nor has he ever "guided one through new areas of the
PC".

Could you please elaborate...?
