hello:
can I copy from clipboard to an email message that I am creating?
The HELP menu tells me to Click the Edit menu, and then click Copy to copy
the selected information to the Clipboard. (done)

In the file that you want to copy to, click the location where you want to
insert the information you copied to the Clipboard. (done)

Click the Edit menu, and then click Paste. (There is no edit menu in my
email message that I am creating. When I right click the mouse, paste option
is not one of the available options.)

thanks,

What e-mail client? Windows Mail? Office Outlook? Never mind, this will
work; select the information that you want to copy. Then Ctrl+C to copy to
the clipboard and then Ctrl+V to paste.

When I try to Ctrl+V to paste, the option is not highlighted for me to click
onto it.
I am in Vista o/s.
I have an AOL acct and the receiving party has a GMAIL acct. Does that matter?
Also, I am in a Pdf file trying to copy a picture to clipboard. I can copy
but when I try to paste in the body of my email message, the option is not
highlighted for me to click onto it.
Thanks,
neegall

Possibly Acrobat is putting a bitmap (a windows format) on the clipboard.
Outlook Express/WinMail cannot paste bitmaps only web graphics. Paste into
Paint, then save as png then import into Outlook Express/WinMail on Insert
menu.
