Clipboard Preview Not Available

Clipboard is not collecting copied items and I am getting the message
(preview not available) in Excel and Word... only able to paste the last item
copied.
 
If this has anything to do w/ FrontPage
In Tools Page Options General turn on the Cut and Paste Options
