Clipboard extender that supports Unix line endings?

A workmate is having to execute a lot of scripts one by one, for testing,
in Putty. If he makes a mistake, he can't backspace (how crap is that?). He
can't paste them in, because Putty does not like Unix line endings (is
there a way to change this setting?).

Is there a clipboard extender that will allow him to paste using Unix line
endings? He thinks this will fix his problem.

Hmm, rereading perhaps I misunderstood you. If for a unix box, forget what I
said. Thanks.
