Hi all,
I have word XP installed on a network Win 2000 install @ work. By
default the Clip Organizer creates a file called mstore10.mgc in the
folder C:\Documents and Settings\user name\Application Data\Microsoft
\Clip Organizer.
If you catalogue all the media on the computer this file grows to
around 35MB.
Problem is that it is a rather large organisation where we are all
allocated only 50MB for personal storage on a network drive. When I log
off, due to the size of this file there is never enough room to store
my roaming profile (anything under C:\Documents and Settings\user name
\*.* is stored in this profile)
Is there a way to make Office store this file in another location so
that it won't interfere with the size of my roaming profile?
BTW - the people who run the system have no idea.
Thanks
Mick
