After installing Office Pro 2003, PPT 2000 clips were not transferred. Following step-by-step the on-line tutorial processes the 25,000+ clips appeared to be identified and transferred but we can't access them in 2003

Any ideas will indeed be appreciated to appease my group of school age girls working on projects

Thx

What do you mean you "can't access them"? What happens?

What online tutorial were you following?

Echo S...when trying insert a clip from hard drive (not the web) there will be no returns. Obvious choices like "tree", "frog", etc. (you get the idea), provide no returns. PPT or Word does a very brief search with "no results" as the answer. We then imported and categorized again thinking that we missed or errored a step described from the office help menu bar. I processed the 2003 Clip Organizer to categorize the clips for easy retieval (again), but after the automatic search is completed that counts/oranizes up to 25,000 clips, we still can't find any when using "insert/picture/clip art" into a presentation. The "Help" does very little to explain the importation from Office 2000 but the process seemed rather intuitive to me...guess that I was wrong.

thx

Ah. This is because, although the clips themselves come through from the
Clip Gallery to the Clip Organizer, the *keywords* don't. I can see how
this is a huge problem with your large collection of clipart.

Let me check into something on that, though.
