while this isn't the right group for the question, since outlook doesn't
have the ability to display a soccer duck, anyone who answers is going to
need to know more information - like what soccer duck, where, and in which
program... the start menu soccer duck is added in control panel, user
accounts, the MSN one is set in MSN settings, I think.
