Hi. I have been using Office XP for some time and really like the ton
of clip art included (installed from the media CD). I just got a ne
computer (loaded with Office 2003 Small Business) and would like t
transfer the XP clip art library from my old computer to the ne
computer. (Office 2003 does not seem to include nearly as much clip ar
as Office XP.) I see how I can simply copy the physical clip ar
folders, but I wish to do so in a manner that preserves the keywor
search capabilities. Does anyone know what the trick is to do this? Ca
I just perhaps install the media CD from Office XP (via its instal
utility) onto my new computer which came with Office 2003 preinstalle
or would this mess up my 2003 Office installation?

Thanks,

Ton

You can use the Media Content CD to install the clips on the new computer.

Any downloaded clips would need to be redownloaded or you can copy the clips
and the catalog files to the same locations on the new computer to retain
keywords.

MS chose to deliver Additional Clipart for Office 2003 user's by way of the
clipart website. http://office.microsoft.com/clipart to see an example of
the clips only available to office 2003 users type " Style 1130 " in the
search box
