clip art help!

I do not understand how to get clip art viewable/usable from my Outlook
2007/Vista program. It was all SO simple before. Online instructions keep
showing the Word 07 page as if I am supposed to cut and past or work between
two programs to use it in email? Please advise. Also not having much fun
figuring out how to get more stationery other than what is provided....
