Client Disconnects

First of all, enable keep alives to make disconnected user
sessions go into the disconnected state:

support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;216783

If your LAN users are being disconnected, I would verify
that you have a server-class network card in the terminal
server, as well as having a high throughput switch on the
backbone of your network. Have you also tried updating
the network card drivers of the NIC in your TS?

Thanks for the help. Enabling the keep alives did the
trick. Haven't had as many disconnect problems as before.
