Hi,
The situation is that the client is Outlook 2002 and the
server is Exchange 2000. Everything is patched with the
latest patches.
When a user opens and closes about 6 messages, response
time is good; however, beginning about the 7th message,
CPU time rises gradually until, at the 11th message, it
reaches 100% and Outlook becomes unresponsive, where the
user has to shut down Outlook and restart it.
Uninstalling/reinstalling the client doesn't change
things; neither does recreating the user's mail profile.
Does anyone else experience the same problem?
