A very strange thing is happening to me. I have a Terminal Server
running at an office and all users are connecting to a session, when a
regular users tries to connect to a different terminal server (from
their session) to run an application they get the following message:
The client could not establish a connection to the remote computer.
The most likely causes for this error are:
1) Remote connections might not be enabled at the remote computer.
2) The max number of connections was exceeded at the remote computer.
3) A network error occured while establishing the connection.
The strange thing is that when a user is connected to the terminal
server, with Administrator rights, they can connect to the application
terminal server with no problem. I have looked into all three causes
listed above and none are possible causes. I have reinstalled the RDC
software to see if there was an option to install for all users as
opposed to administrators obly but there was not.
Has anyone experenced this some problem, please help.
Thanks
