Hello,

We have one client that tells me they are unable to access our website. 3
people from their organization have tried and no one has been successful. I
have had many other people from other organizations log on and register
without issue. What is causing this one client trouble? And how can it be
fixed?

Thank you.

Access it with what??

What is the URL? Something to keep in mind, if the people having trouble
accessing the URL are all in the same company, and all trying to access it
from their company, it could be due to a corporate policy that is blocking
certain sites (or it could be their network is set to only allow certain
sites).

Hope this helps,

Looking at the HTML as well as the domain information, I don't see anything
that would be wrong. There aren't any red flags anywhere that I can see.
It's probably then an internal corporate issue, or something on their
particular network provider's block list. See if you can get a specific
error out of them. It would be great if there was an http error or other
message that would provide more detail other than their inability to reach
your site.
