I have an Windows 2000 server on a CD. On the CD is the
statement "10-client access limit." Does this mean that it
has ten CAL's? If so I can install it on a server and
nine PC's networked to the server and use the same Product
Key number? If not what does it mean?

No...having 10 CALs means that 10 people on your network
can simulateously use resources provided by the Windows
2000 Server, like file or print sharing. This does _not_
mean that you can load up Windows 2000 on 10 different
machines.
