when i click on the scroll bar with my mouse, it seems to
advance down as if i had clicked it twice - if it's a
long list or screen, i 'skip' a screen's worth of
content. seems to have just started occuring over the
last few days - no new hardware/software installed.
doesn't happen on any other ms (or other) product.

any help would be appreciated.

thanx!

Amen! . . . I've noticed the same, both on my home PC
(Windows XP-Pro) and my work PC (Windows 2000). My guess
is that the latest security patch for IE 6.0 included that
unwanted bug. Can somebody please fix it?

Add me to the list with both an XP and a 2000 computer.
The scroll mouse click pages down two screens instead of
one.

A bug in the Q824145 patch. Microsoft knows about it.
Click immediately under the indicator in the scrollbar or drag the
indicator.
