Clicking on a point on a graph to bring up additional information for tha point

I'm in the process of putting some customer EXCEL graphs in my Access
application.

Is there a way to click on a point or bar on MS Graph and have a small form
brought up that shows the information that comprised jsut that bar or point.

What I have is a graph that plots $ saved from projects versus month/year.
Each month/year has a vertical bar that shows the savings for that month.
Above these bars is the cumulative savings for all the preceeding months as
well as the current month.

What is difficult to show is the projects that comprise each of the vertical
bars. For example, in May of 2005, we realize $250,000 of savings from our
projects. The vertical bar on the graph goes up to $250,000. Okay, that's
easy to do.

But that $250,000 comes from ProjectA, ProjectB, and ProjectC in the amounts
of $125,000, $75,000 and $50,000 respectively. It would be nice if a user
could click on the bar and a small popup form could be displayed that would
give them these details of how the $250,000 was determined. Of course, the
required detail information is available in a table.

I've include more description because someone may want to suggest an
alternative way of displaying this data.

JUST TO BE CLEAR: I want to put the functionality in my Access application
of these EXCEL graphs. I don't
really want to input the EXCEL graphs themselves into Access. The idea would
be to use MS Graph within Access.
 
Any ideas at all? Even if you direct me to another forum that would be very
helpful.
