Clickable scroll wheels on mice

Does anyone know of a mouse that allows you to click on the area around
the scroll wheel rather than clicking the scroll wheel itself?

You could always get a logitech 518 or something similiar, they have 8
buttons, two of which are below and above the mouse wheel, plus still
allow the clickable scroll wheel itself.
