click to run activex object on this web page

in the last 24 hours, I have been getting this message whenever I open a web
site I run for my fencing club: www.mallardfencing.org.uk. it comes up twice;
I click twice and everything is fine until I return to the page when the
rigmarole starts again.

I have tried a system restore; cleared the IE files; run a virus scan;
Adaware - no problems

I have looked at the IE security settings bt nothing seems to have changed.

If I try the web page with my laptop, no problems

any ideas would be appreciated
