Hello Everyone,

I was asked a question recently to see if there is a work around for IE's
recent implementation of Click to Action as it is affecting their flash
work. I use to think I was pretty well up on Browsers but this is a new one
to me and I was wondering if anyone had heard of it, and where I can do some
research on it to fix the problem that they are talking about.

And how can a user do that?

But that is only for a short while :-(

The right way to fix this is to reprogram the page, putting the call
to the APPLET in an external .js file and including that in the page

(Please don't top-post)

A user can't. But Microsoft says that the patch to which you refer will
work for a limited time only, so the site's designers should address the
problem very soon.

A user could complain to the site's webmaster. Though I admit that this
may have no effect: designers have known for a long time that the Eolas
update was coming, and have had plenty of time to deal with it, but many
designers have chosen to ignore it.

You need to complain to the webmaster resplosible for the site
