Can WinXp be made to---You have attachment or Mpeg and you want to right
click and save. But the Save to button is not high lighted.. can you make
this work. I like to save my stuff till Later (sometimes).

Depending on what you're getting these files from, there
are several ways. Most common, if you're downloading
stuff online:
right click, save target as.
