When I click on a *.doc document Word (Word 2000), opens with the document
screen a medium dark gray. The toolbars are present. It will not close when
clicking on the 'X' in the upper right hand corner and you have to go into
Task Manager. It takes a few keystrokes until it finally closes.
Document will open if Word is open.
It use to work fine. Word removed and reinstalled with no change. File Types
is correct
