I'm a novice to Access...

What is the best way, please, to configure a control so the user can check
all that apply in answering a question from a long list of choices?

Thanks-

The only control in Access that easily has a mulitplie select capability is a
list box.
The other option is to use an option group which returns a number based on
the option button selected. You would have to have the label for each
optioin be the question. One of the options could then be "Check All That
Apply". This will not cause all the buttons to be selected. That can't be
done; however, you can handle how the answer is stored or what action is
taken when a selection is made programmatically.

Thank you very much. Not only did this answer my question, it gave me the
opportunity to learn. I appreciate you help!

Glad to be of help. Enjoy Acccess.
