This only clears the most recently used programs, not
the "Most Recent Docuents" list. Thank you though for
your thoughts.

2. To batch clear, go to Folder Documents and Settings--
(You'll find a bunch of links there that don't show up<your name>-->Recent documents-->Ctl-A, delete.
under the Start menu that just take up disk space.)
