For a restricted/managed computer that does not have access to the
"Content" tab in Internet Explorer is there a way that the saved
forms/password information can be cleared manually without the use of
third party software? This user is not an administrator and has very
limited PC access.

If you want to delete individual passwords, you can go to the site that
has the stored password and delete the username from the autocomplete.
IE should then ask you if you want to delete the password that is
stored for that username.

(To delete a username in autocomplete, go to the field, clear its
contents, and press the Down arrow. A list of past entries will come
up. Highlight the one you want to get rid of and press Delete.)

As far as deleting all passwords "en masse," nothing springs to mind
for me, but maybe someone else will have an idea ...

Not sure if this will work. The problem I am having is these computers
are logged into a domain and for whatever reason they are attempting to
access the internet using an old nt/domain password stored on the PC,
and this is causing them to get locked out of the domain. I'll give it
a shot the next time this issue occurs.
