clearing calendar and tasks

I just started a new job and am using the same computer
that the person who I replaced used. I keep trying to
figure out how to delete all of her appointments, tasks
and birthdays in Outlook. Is there an easy way to clear
everything at once? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Export the calendar to a file and then import that same
file. It will come back as clean as a whistle.
File>Export>windows comma...>
File>Import...

View - Active Appointment

This should list your appointments instead of showing the
calendar.

Click on the first one, hold shift, clock on the last one,
hit delete.

Should work.
