Clearing Cache

I'm trying to clear the cookies and cache in internet
explorer. When I go to Internet Options there are only 5
tabs on top instead of 7. I am missing the general tab
(needed to clear the files) and the program tab. Do you
know how this happened and/or how to fix it? I've tried
fixing internet explorer and i've tried uninstalling to
the previous version and re-installing but that doesn't
work. I would appreciate any response.

Choose one of the Registry fixes that repairs Spyware
related IE Tab corruption -

**Backup** your Registry in it's entirety **prior** to
attempting any of the above "tweaks".
