There are times when a user has to access a share on another domain for which they are a member. The browse to the share using \\computername\share they are prompted for their username and password.

Once they login, is there a way to clear this out? The problem is once they have logged in anyone else using that machine now has access to whatever that user has access to.

You need to have the user logoff when they are done and then when the new user logs on they will not have access to the share. --- Steve

You might try disabling cached credentials on the workstation. This
requires a policy or registry edit -- details can be had by searching
the KB at support.microsoft.com.

If cached credentials are disabled and you disconnect all resources to
that domain, I'd assume that Windows will reprompt the next time you try
to connect to it.

I've never tried this, so you'll have to test. Note that this also makes
it impossible to do a domain login on the workstation if the network or
a DC isn't available - which is normally why you'd do it.
