Go to Tools | Options | Other tab | Advanced Options. There will be two
buttons at the bottom of the dialog box that have to do with add-ins. Look
at both sets and see if you can find the add-in that would require
clearcase.dot, and disable it. Close and restart Outlook.

As per your solution i have tried to disable add-ins in advanced options in
other tab, but I don't know which add-in is related to clearcase error. So if
you can suggest as to which add-in could be possible for error message which
is
"Cannot find the template clearcase.dot
Re-run the Microsoft Office Integration Configuration program and re-start
the office application".
A Google search on "clearcase.dot" brought up many references to a product
called "IBM® Rational® ClearCase®".
