I know someone told me but I have been doing and learning much about the
computer that I have forgotten. Would that person please tell me again???
I will save that information. I do not want to install tweak ui. In fact I
did install it a few weeks ago and I got a bad file as nothing worked. I
proceeded to go to add and remove programs to remove it and am unable.
Advise would be great.. Willing to learn...

Thanking you in advance.

If you go to the Control panel and double click Internet Options,
then click the Clear History button,
It will clear the Run folder.

Forgot to tell you to Reboot for it to take effect.

If you go to the Control panel and double click Internet Options,
then click the Clear History button,
It will clear the Run folder.

Clear IE History, AutoComplete, Clear the TIF, Clear the RunMRU, Typed URL's
and Clear List:

XP Start Menu:
Right click the Start button | Properties | Customize button | Advanced tab
| Recent Documents | Clear List.

Classic Start Menu:
Right click the Start button | Properties | Customize button | Clear button

[[Removes the list of recently accessed documents, programs, and Web sites
from the Documents
menu.]]

Hi Curious,

Did you know that you can access the archives of these newsgroups from
http://groups.google.com? Here's your post from today:
http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=...df5B8dZEHA.1980%40TK2MSFTNGP09.phx.gbl&rnum=1

and here's the first time your question was answered:
http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=...9ySyjwXEHA.2940%40TK2MSFTNGP09.phx.gbl&rnum=5

Lots of times I use Google Groups to find older posts of mine with bits of
information like program code so I can repost it without having to figure it
out all over again.
