Clear just one password

I know how to clear all passwords in the Autocomplete feature.

Is there a way to clear just one?

It would be most convenient to be able to do this without having to clear
them all and reenter them.

Thanks,

Antonio

"Protected Storage PassView": http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/pspv.html
Useful to see what login data is being stored in autocomplete's cache.
You can view and delete individual Protected Storage username/password
combos.

Hi Vincenzo,

Thank you for the tip. It is quite a helpful utility.

One thing, I had to disable Norton Interner Security.

How safe is it to have this program installed on the machine?

Does it make it easier for a hacker to steal my passwords?

Thanks,

Antonio

YW.

It's safe and reliable, Antonio.
If you want, uninstall it after you've deleted the password.

Nope.

Thanks,

Antonio

Cheers,

If you mean the list of things it's remembered when you hit the down
arrow in a blank field, scroll down to the one you don't want and hit
Delete.

Vincenzo, I downloaded your http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/pspv.html. Works
great, but I just ran a Kaspersky OnLine scan, and it flagged 4 files which
I think are all pspv related. It identified them as
"not-a-virus:PSWTool.Win32.PassView.b". Do you understand why they flag it,
and should I just ignore the findings. Thanks.

False positive, Larry. Just ignore that alert.
If your computer is shared with other people, remove PSPV after You've
cleaned your username/password.

OK, Thanks, Vincenzo. Would letting Kaspersky quarantine, or whatever it
does, be just the same? I think it's a handy utility to have. Any way to
keep it handy without its triggering Kaspersky? Thanks.

Well, set Kaspersky, if possible, to ignore that false positive or disable
the AV when use PSPV.
