I do not know if Access has a capability to generate a summary type report
that could be used for DB clean up.

What I am looking for is a complete list of all fields within a database
with the table the field is found within.

My objective is to try to determine if my tables have redundant fields that
I may review and possibly delete.

I am a beginner and trying to learn. My database has 26 tables and probably
several dozen fields

Thank You,
Greg

Tools - Analyze - Documenter will give you a report of your tables and the
fields in each table.

And much more.

I have a new add-in that will document the table structures.
