Cleaning spyware

When the spyware rells me the Browser Highhacker has been
deleted, it returns almost immediately. What can I do to
correct tjis problem?
 
Restart in safe mode, open Microsoft AntiSpyware, on the scan page, choose
scan options > full system scan "check the boxes below" > click "Run Scan
Now".

If that doesn't work, try these alternatives and also send a suspect spyware
report from Tools Menu in Microsoft AntiSpyware.
